About Us
Riverside Garden School, a private, non secretarian institution for kindergarten through sixth grade students, opened in September of 1963. The growing demand for an academically oriented education stimulated its conception. Today, we continue this mission: to provide our students a strong academic foundation for lifelong intellectual growth.
The faculty is selected on an individual basis. The main factors we consider are character, educational background, teaching experience, and the philosophy of the individual.
SAT testing begins the week after Spring Break. The class scores rank well above the median. 6th Grade students commonly test about 2 grade levels above their peers.
