Earthquake Kit

Each student is required to provide a personal earthquake kit. The items for the kit should be placed in an 11" zip lock freezer bag.

Each kit should consist of the following items:

• Three fruit rolls
• Three granola bars
• Two small cans (not boxes) of juices
• One small pop-top can of meat or fish
• One small game or toy
• One space or solar blanket (can be purchased at "Big 5" or any place where camping equipment is sold)
• Grades Kindergarten - 3 only: one change of underwear
• A supportive letter from family or family photo

A personal earthquake kit should be labeled:

• with student's last name
• student's first name
• student's grade

The kits will be sent home on the last day of school.
